Last week saw the start of our latest (and potentially greatest) trial activity; a trial with a twist. Instead of a straight forward two week device trial, this is a much more engrossing, full consumer experience. We’ve asked @frasierspeirs, @improbulus, @johnhood, @johnnygedye, @mahadewa, @markie016, @t3styler, @ursulavasey and @vero to take the whole journey, from in store purchase decision to set up to day-to-day usage. We are conducting the trial in this way because 3 is keen to get detailed honest feedback on all areas of the consumer journey from both PAYG and contract customers.



The trial has started well, and John is going strong, impressed with his in store experience:


“MiFi was clearly explained and its benefits over a USB modem dongle…I live in an area where 3 mobile coverage is weak and this was pointed out by the sales assistant who asked me whether or not I wanted to proceed with the transaction. 3Store offers excellent customer service and compares favourably with Apple Store.â€

Over the next 6-8 weeks the guys will be testing all parts of the service and feeding their findings back to their communities, us and 3 in regular feedback sessions. If you have any questions for them I’m sure they will be happy to answer them!
