Christmas seems to have snuck up quicker than ever this year, so we hope you’re already getting prepared for the rigours of the coming party season.
3 certainly looks like it’ll be diving in head-first: it’s bringing back its Seriously Social competition for the second time, this time even bigger and better than before. In case you didn’t catch it last time, Seriously Social is a competition offering entrants the chance to splash out mega-bucks making their dream party a reality.
This time around, the best party idea will win a whopping £30,000 party budget, along with the guidance and expertise of Johnno Burgess from Bugged Out!, responsible for one of the longest standing and most respected club nights in the UK.
The first Seriously Social saw Michael O’Shea receive 58,000 votes for his £25,000 1920’s themed party. So with an increased budget and the added benefit of a party expert, the second Seriously Social competition should be even more hotly contested.
You can find Seriously Social on Facebook, where you’ll be able to submit your party manifesto. The best 25 entries will be shortlisted, and from there a final vote-off will ensue, with the winner taking it all! Better still, if you vote for the winning idea you’ll be in with a chance of getting an invite to the final party!
