Wireless Federation has revisited 3’s £9 pay monthly contract, “dubbed as ‘the first single-digit mobile tariff in Britain’, offer[ing] 100 cross-network minutes, or 100 texts and 300 3-to-3 calls per month, free voicemail, Windows Live Messenger and Skype access.�

Although mainly targeted to be combined with short contracts as a SIM-only solution, the plan does come with an 18 month option that gives the more committed consumer a free Sony Ericsson K660i.
