Anthony D at The World of Enigmatic 1 has posted his thoughts on the ever-popular 3 Skypephone, mentioning how though it is available on contract, it is on pay as you go “that this phone really does shine.”

After a brief rundown of its major features, in which Anthony mentions that, although the 2 megapixel doesn’t have a flash or secondary camera for conference calls, it’s “not really important” as he has never made a conference call on a 3G phone anyway, he says he finds the menu “very easy” to navigate and the screen is easy to read in most lighting conditions. The major selling point though, writes Anthony, is the built in Skype client which enables the user to make free Skype to Skype calls and instant messages.

Anthony is also impressed with the new PAYG tariffs, as you “can convert the money on the phone into a Stretch bundle which gives you an amount of units to use as calls or texts”. Head over to read the full review.
