Just Another Mobile Phone Blog’s Maximus has broken images of the new 3 Skypephone!
Apparently to be named simply the IM2, the device will be made, as per the original, by AMOI. It will feature a new 3.2 MP camera and WIFI, and as for Maximus’ belief about the new version of the phone being targeted at 2G networks, consider it addressed in this response we got from 3,
“We are working on a new 3 Skypephone to follow on from the success of the first version. Right now we’re keeping the details to ourselves, but as a 3G-only network we’d suggest this report is best taken with a generous pinch of salt.”

Beware 3 ripping their customer off like: I have 3 skypephone 2 and still under manufacturer guarantee and recently a problem developed on the screen (2 months old) and send to repair. When I checked on their web side to track my repair saying that “Your device is still with us and isn’t covered under warranty.” When I phone them they told me that there is crack on the screen which is lying even I do not have any scratch on the screen what are you talking about I was saying like that but look like no body was listening and asking me to pay £29.99 to replace it.
Recently I was getting touch customer service explain them and waiting them to get back to me.
That phone is Made of China and there is big question mark of quality of Chinese electronic goods. Wonder this phone under 6 months contracts.
So BEWARE
