Across the whole of 3mobile buzz, in with the reviews and opinion, there is plenty of talk about the surprising amount of specification the 3 Skypephone gives you for your (shade under) £50. But it is not till now that a blog post dedicated almost entirely to this side of things. Good news, for spec freaks then that over on the 3 Skypephone blog, this has been resolved.

“The 3 Skype Phone is great for taking photos with its 2MB camera” begins the author in tones of some excitement (see picture included), following up with a similar phonic sentiment. “The 3 Skype Phone is also great for music (yes, you can keep music on the memory card too) and there is a stereo headset included with the phone.” Great indeed!

“The 3 Skype Phone is also 3G enabled, which means lightning fast access to Planet 3 and all the online goodness that comes with that - download games, ringtones, mobile TV just to name a few :)” he goes on. Just a quick note we ought to point out though that the UK device comes with a 256MB card, and that the camera is 2MP rather than 2MB. ;-)
