The start date of the promotion is the 6th of December 2007 and all entries must be submitted by midnight, 17th of December. Winners will be notified via e-mail within a maximum of three weeks from the closing date. Details of the winners will be made available on the 3mobilebuzz.com website once the winner is decided. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The colour of the mobile handset will up to the discretion of the promoter and subject to availability.
